- 1/2 cup all natural peanut butter*
- 1/2 cup unsweetened dairy alternative (or to desired consistency)
- 8 dates
- 4 apples, thinly sliced
Place all of the ingredients except the apple slices in a blender, and blend until smooth. Arrange the apple slices on a plate and top with peanut butter sauce.
*Replace with almond or cashew butter if there is an allergy
